    Typically within two days, we will call you to follow up on the viewing, and discuss the terms of the sale.

  • Step 5:

    Formal Offer Made

    If all is in order, we will submit to you a formal offer in writing. Once you accept, the ball is rolling.

  • Step 6:

    Home Sale Completed

    Once the legal side of things is taken care of, the home sale is completed, keys change hands and funds are transferred.
